Connect the battery to the charger and wait for the indicator light to show that the battery is fully charged and then place it back in the camera.

If the battery is fully charged and connected properly, then the battery needs to be replaced.

If the battery charger dock is plugged in and the charging indicator light does not turn on, then the battery charger needs to be replaced.

If the screen has no visible damage or water damage and the touchscreen does not work, then the ribbon cable assembly might be damaged and needs to be replaced.

If the screen has cracks or is broken then the screen will need to be replaced.

Insure there is nothing blocking the speaker within the camera. Avoid recording around other electronics that produce high level of wave frequencies.

Turn the audio playback on from the on-screen menu of the camera.

If the audio playback is turned on and it is still not working or is distorted then the speaker will need to be replaced.

Insure the camera setting is saving the photos in the correct disc or memory card.

Make sure you have the photos saved on the disc or memory card that is being viewed.

Insure there is enough memory space on your memory card, or DVD disc you are using. Or purchase a memory card with more space.

On the on-screen menu, make sure the media is being saved to the correct format (memory card or DVD).

If there is enough memory and the set to the correct settings then the memory slot will have to be replaced.

Turn off the camera and if does not respond or goes back to normal, the screen will have to be replace.

Insure the battery is fully charged before turning on the camera.
