I want to connect my device to the unit via bluetooth and it is not working.
Your device may not have bluetooth activated. With it not activated, it makes it impossible for you to find the speaker in the available connections section. On your device, turn on the bluetooth option. This option is usually found under the settings section of the device, typically in the same section as wifi.
Your device may not have bluetooth activated on the speaker. With it not activated, it makes it impossible for you to find the speaker in the available connections section. On your speaker, turn on the pairing option. This button is found right next to the power button on the top face of your speaker.
Your device may have a bluetooth chip that is defective, causing the device to fail to use its bluetooth feature. The way to fix this issue is to order a new chip from the manufacturer, or attempt to diagnose the problem yourself and fix it if you are tech savvy.
I want to use my speaker but the sound is not/is barely working.
Your device cannot emit sound if a speaker (or both speakers) have been disconnected. This is usually the effect of the speaker being thrown, dropped or physically harmed in other ways. In order to fix this you will have to manually reconnect them yourself.
Unfortunately, every device has its limits. Your speaker may not be making any sounds, sounds that are drowned by static or white noise, or it may be making very fuzzy sounds. This is usually because a speaker (or both speakers) has blown out. The only fix to this is to buy replacement speakers and manually reinstall them into the unit
I want to use my speaker’s buttons, but the touchscreen is unresponsive.
Touch screens on any device are extremely sensitive. They read for any object that has an electric charge, including human skin. The touch screens responsiveness is dependant on how clean it may be. If you have any type of residue on your touch screen, then you need to clean it with a soft, lightly damp cloth.
The touch screens response capabilities also rely on the user’s appendages being clean. If your finger has any type of food, dust or any other foreign material on it, then the screen will not respond. You have to clean off any appendage you are trying to use the touch screen with.
The touch screen on your device may become defective over time due to heavy use. First, check to see if there is any electrical disconnections on the circuit board that lead to the touch screen. If there are no disconnections, then a replacement touch screen must be ordered and replaced.
I want to connect my devices via wifi but it isn’t working.
Your speaker has the capability to turn the wifi capability on and off when you’re not using it. Having no wifi capability on will make it impossible to connect to your internet. The button is found next to the bluetooth button on the top face of your unit.
In order for your device to connect to the wifi, you have to have a working wifi connection available. Make sure your modem and/or router is turned on and currently emitting a wifi connection. If your unit, modem and/or router are all connected and you still cannot connect, you may have to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for further information.
I want to use my AM/FM radio but my antenna snapped off of my unit.
The antenna breaking off from your unit can be caused by the unit being thrown, dropped, or physically harmed in any other way. The only workaround for this is to acquire a new antenna and manually install it yourself.
