You hear unwanted sounds from the phone and the audio doesn’t play very well either.
You may have a problem with connectivity. If you are having issues, check if you have both Bluetooth and WiFi on at the same time, and if you do, disable one of them as they could be clashing with each other, resulting in your music not playing properly. If this doesn’t work check for WiFi troubleshooting section in this page.
Check whether this problem occurs when you play certain songs or if it happens when you play any song. If it only happens with a few songs, then the problem may be that those song files were originally corrupted. In that case, you must delete the song files from your phone. Afterward, download them back into your phone. Make sure that the songs you download play without problem on your computer. You can be sure that the files aren’t corrupt if they are downloaded from a legal, credible source. If the music files still don’t work, then you may have a problem with the storage of music in your device.
