Audio is distorted and spotty. Sounds may stall on a particular portion of the disk’s contents.
It is possible that the skipping is caused by a damaged CD. Check to see if the CD is damaged or dirty. If dirt is present on the CD, try wiping it clean with a soft cloth or disk cleaning fluid. If the CD is visibly scratched, it could possibly be repaired using a disk repairing machine.
If there is no damage to the CD, it is possible that the disk drive is faulty. The disk drive may need to be replaced in order for the disk to be read properly and produce adequate, continuous sound.
The CD player does not spin the CD and the device produces no sound.

Your Sony ZS-RS60BT will not pick up any radio signals, there is only white noise no matter the radio frequency you tune to, or the signal is distorted.
Check to make sure the antenna is properly attached and positioned. If it is not extended to full length, it may need to be extended farther. It may also need to be angled in a different direction. If the antenna is missing you may need to purchase a new antenna from Sony.
There may be a temporary problem with the antenna’s ability to receive signal. Sometimes these problems fix themselves over time. If the problem persists then a new antenna may need to be attached. You can shop for a new antenna here. To learn more about detaching and replacing a faulty antenna, please consult this guide.
Radio signals do not work very well in certain buildings where the radio frequency cannot adequately reach the antenna. For example, it is common for radios to not function properly in basements, rooms with no windows, brick buildings, etc. Be sure that the cause of the problem is not the building you are in. Try using the radio near a window or outside to determine if this is the problem.
