My wheels aren’t rolling properly and it makes the stroller hard to push

If the wheels are not turning or are having a hard time turning, it may be due to the brakes. Something may be stuck in the wheels, or something may be wrong with the brakes. If you have made sure that nothing is stuck in the wheels, and that the wheels are properly attached, you may have a braking issue. Refer to the wheel replacement guide if troubleshooting does not work.

If the wheel is jammed, you will have a difficult time trying to push the stroller. The brakes may be stuck, the wheels may not be attached properly, or something may be stuck inside the wheel. If something is caught in the wheels, but you’re having a difficult time trying to unjam it, you may need to remove the wheel. Refer to the wheel replacement guide for more information on how to remove the wheel.

My seat has stains and/or the fabric is ripped

After repeated use, stains are inevitable. If the seat becomes stained or starts to smell, and washing the seat does not help, it may be time to replace the seat. Refer to the seat replacement guide if this is the case.

After heavy use, one may notice the thin fabric around where the seat is connected to the stroller start to tear. If this is the case, it may be time to replace the seat. Refer to the seat replacement guide if this is the case.

After repeated use plastic components like the harness are prone to breaking. If the harness becomes jammed, or tears occur in the surrounding straps, the seat may need replacing. If the harness jams, and you are unable to correct the issue, it may be time to replace the harness.

The basket is stained and/or the basket is ripped

In the basket, where objects are repeatedly stored, spillage is bound to occur and as a result the fabric might stain. If the basket becomes stained or starts to smell, and washing it does not help, it may be time to replace the basket. Refer to the basket replacement guide if this is the case.

After heavy use, one may notice the thin mesh covering the sides of the basket to tear. Placing large objects in the basket may cause the mesh to stretch and become deformed. After repeated stretching, the basket may no longer hold its shape. If this is the case it may be time to replace the basket. Once you have a replacement basket ready, please refer to the replacement guide.

Repeatedly putting heavy objects in the basket puts stress on the supporting straps. As time passes the large objects in the basket may cause the straps to tear. If this is the case it may be time to replace the basket. Once you have a replacement basket ready, please refer to the replacement guide.
