“The tablet will not maintain a reasonable charge.”
If your tablet will not charge while it’s plugged in, it might be the outlet you’re using. Try plugging the charger into a different outlet.
If you tried to plug your charger into a different outlet and it’s still not charging, then you could have a dead charger. Replace your charger with a new one.
After trying to plug your device into a different outlet and replacing your charger and the tablet is still not charging, the battery will need to be replaced. Follow the Battery Replacement Guide to safely change out the battery on your Supersonic tablet.
“Your device will not restart when you press and hold the power button.”
To see if your device has a faulty power button, first test the power button capability by pressing once to turn the screen off and again to turn it back on. If the power button responds, you need to restart your device manually. However, if the screen does not turn off and on, your power button is faulty. “Your device will not unlock for usage.”
If you forget your password, you will need to manually reset your device. Hold down the power button to shut down and turn the device back on. Once finished, open your device, go to settings and set a new password.
“Your touch screen is not responding to your finger or a stylus.”
When your touch screen is delayed or not responding to touch, you may need to clean the screen. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe any residue off the screen.
If your screen is completely unresponsive after cleaning, your sensor is broken. Therefore you will need to replace the sensor using the Sensor Replacement Guide.
“The screen freezes when you turn on, use or open/close applications.”
Your device could be out of date. You should navigate to the “settings” application, and then navigate to the software/update section. If there is an update available, you should update your device. Not updating it will slow it down and cause it to malfunction.
If your devices’ software is up to date, your Supersonic may need a reset to clear its processing system. This can be done by simply restarting the device. Hold down the power button to shut down and turn the device back on.
The last resort for a situation like this would be to contact customer support asking for a refund or for them to replace the device. Make sure you have proof and have examples to share with them. If they refuse to do anything about the situation, you may have to buy a replacement device.
“Speaker sound quality is inconsistent in volume when listening to music or watching videos.”

“Your camera does not focus and your pictures taken are low quality.”
When using the camera to take pictures, you are unable to capture anything or it is of low quality. You may need to replace your camera using the Camera Replacement Guide.
