Battery spec contained in my unit:

7V 2600mAh 19.24Wh

CM-18650T-2S

Notes: There was a lot of “glue” on my unit between the battery and back facing side of the battery well. I used Popsicle sticks to work the glue loose before I was able to more confidently pull the battery out.

Does anyone know how to convert this to direct USB power or power adapter? I know that I can charge it using USB, but I think the battery in my unit is almost dead because it doesn’t last long. If I keep it plugged to USB while using it, it turns off after some time, again probably because of the bad battery.

I appreciate the information but in THIS case it is mot worth the expense and effort to refurbish a $25 unit. Thank again for the effort
