The cursor is moving really slowly across the screen.

A slow cursor speed may be the result of an undesirable speed setting on your device. To fix this, access the downloaded software and adjust the cursor speed settings.

The surface that the mouse is used upon can affect its performance. Try this mouse on a few different surfaces to see if this is the problem.

A dirty light sensor could be hindering the mouse from operating at its peak performance. Follow these steps to clean the light sensor:

  • Spray a Q-tip with a cleaning solution (water and soap).Gently wipe the laser with the wet end of the Q-tip. Repeat steps 1-2 until light sensor is working.

The scroll wheel on the mouse does not move the page up or down.

There may be a build up of grime surrounding the scroll wheel that is preventing its proper function. This can sometimes be fixed by blowing on the scroll wheel. If this does not work, try blowing through a straw that has been flattened on one end and inserted beside the scroll wheel.

If the above solution does not work, the scroll wheel may be damaged. Consider replacing the scroll wheel with this guide.

The right and left buttons are not responsive.

The driver facilitates the proper connection between the computer and the mouse buttons. Accessing the computer settings and downloading the latest update on your driver may remedy this problem. Follow these steps to perform that action:

  • Click the Apple menu and choose “Software Update.“Click “Show Details” to see any updates Software Update wants to install, or just click the “Install” button to install them.

The buttons may be worn down and preventing a proper click. For instructions on how to fix this problem, follow this guide.

The left and right switches may have debris lodged in them. To clean these switches, follow this guide.

The mouse is not showing up on my computer; It is saying that the device is not connected.

Make sure that the USB cable is firmly connected into the cable port. A loose connection will not allow for usage of the mouse. Follow these steps to ensure a strong connection:

  • Firmly hold the USB cord.Push the cord in a working USB port until it does not wiggle.Wait for the mouse to show up on the screen.

Upon purchase of your gaming mouse you must install the proper software to allow for a sync between the mouse and the computer. You can do this by following these steps:

  • Plug in the mouse to your computer (make sure the computer reads the mouse by moving the mouse back and forth).Download this software following this link.

There is a chance that the USB cable port on your computer is defective. Try plugging the USB into a different computer to see if this is the case.

It is possible that the USB cable is no longer working the way it should. Follow this guide to learn how to swap out the USB cable.

The Bluetooth does not show up on the smartphone app.

Make sure the app you have downloaded has its Bluetooth enabled. This will allow the device to your phone. To enable the Bluetooth on the app, follow these steps:

  • Go into your phone settings.Click the Tt eSPORTS Plus+ mobile application.Enable the Bluetooth.

To reset the Bluetooth, flip the device over and press down on the two round black buttons on the bottom of the mouse.

When your mobile app will not read your mouse, try the “forget device” option and reconnect afterwards. This can be done by following these steps:

  • Go to your phone settingsClick on the tab that says “Bluetooth"Click on “mouse connection"Click “Forget this Network"Try to connect the Mouse once again.
