Introduction

Changing the battery and connecting it to the PC doesn’t help, so I unscrew the part.

There is a flat connection cable from the electronics to the control unit, disconnect the cable and treat the contacts with contact spray, then the pen works again.

What you need

  • Remove batteries

  • Loosen the 4 screws with a small Phillips screwdriver.
  • Open the case.

Step 3

  • Carefully fold the black plastic part upwards, then pull out the flat cable with tweezers.
  • Treat the connector with contact spray.
  • Carefully insert the flat cable again, with the blue marking facing upwards, fold the black plastic part down again.
  • Put the pen back together.

Reverse the steps to reassemble your device.
