              Button Cell Battery               
  • Use the iFixit opening tool to pry open the TomTom Go 60 S. Start from a corner and drag the tool around the device.

  • Disconnect the screen from the motherboard by removing the yellow ribbon connector from the socket.

  • Remove all six screws from the motherboard with a Philips #000 screwdriver.

  • Disconnect the two battery ribbon cables from the motherboard.

Step 5

  • Remove the button cell battery from outer casing to remove battery.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
