Battery does not power the computer as long as expected.
The problem may not be the tablet, but instead be a problem with the charging cord itself. Try charging a similar device with the same charger as the tablet to verify if the cord functions properly. If the other device did not charge, you probably need to purchase a new charger.
The factory battery may drain very quickly, and might need to be replaced with a longer lasting battery. If the battery is too low, it can prevent the tablet from responding, try plugging in and charge the tablet. If this this does not solve the problem, then replace the battery.
The tablet does not respond to touch and the display remains the same.
Most devices sometimes need a good restart in order to function like they are supposed to. Start by pressing the volume and power button at the same time. When a device menu appears, select hard drive recovery. This should reset your device.
If the battery is too low, it can prevent the tablet from responding, plug in and charge the tablet.
The tablet Bluetooth performs poorly. Device does not connect or stay connected. Bluetooth audio skips, stutters, cuts off or has buzzing.
If the Bluetooth cannot connect to the tablet, make sure the Bluetooth icon is on in the settings. If the device you are trying to connect to does now show, just reboot the tablet. If this does not solve the problem, then try to update the hard wares firmware.
To be able to connect to Bluetooth the devices that are being connected to each other cannot be to far from one to another. Try having the devices stay within a 50 ft radius. If the connection is still not functioning, reboot the devices and try connecting again.
Tablet screen is unresponsive and unable to tap, click, or swipe on any icon.
Grease and dirt can accumulate on the tablet sensors making them unresponsive. Use a microfiber cloth that most likely came with the tablet. Without using too much pressure, try to clean as much of the debris and smudges off the screen. Once the tablet is completely clean, reboot the tablet. If this does not solve the problem, then consider replacing the screen.
The tablet has power, but no visual display or is not able to press or swipe on any icon. Since the tablet is all screen sensors, applying too much pressure on the screen can result in breaking one of the sensors, making the tablet screen unresponsive. In this case, consider replacing the screen.
Tablet will not turn on or off when pressing the power button.
If the tablet is out of battery, try charging the tablet. If this does not solve the problem, then replace the battery.
If the power button will not come back up after pressing, check to see if debris is causing the problem. If removing debris does not solve the problem, then replace the power button. If the power button is missing, then replace it.
