This product is a hand-held device that lets you connect to the world on-the-go. It runs on Windows 8 operating system and can be upgraded to Windows 10 for free.

The battery does not power the computer as long as expected.

The problem may not be the tablet, but instead, be a problem with the charging cord itself. Try charging a similar device with the same charger as the tablet to verify if the cord functions properly. If the other device did not charge, you probably need to purchase a new charger.

The factory battery may drain very quickly and might need to be replaced with a longer-lasting battery. If the battery is too low, it can prevent the tablet from responding, try plugging in and charge the tablet. If this does not solve the problem, then replace the battery.

The tablet does not respond to touch or the display remains the same.

What it means in-depth is problems dealing with the screen not waking up or not even showing what is going on. Most devices sometimes need a good restart to function like they are supposed to. Start by pressing the volume and power button at the same time. When a device menu appears, select hard drive recovery. This should reset your device.

If the battery is too low, it can prevent the tablet from responding, plugin and charge the tablet.

Check if you’ve accidentally turned off the screen rotation option. If the screen rotation is already on, then try turning it off and then on again. Sometimes this may be due to a software issue where drivers related to screen rotation were changed or deleted while updating the device to a newer version of Software. In such a case, try updating the Sensor drivers by Opening the Control Panel, clicking on Device manager and Searching for Sensor I/O devices. Click update the drivers to resolve the issue.

The tablet will not play sounds through the headphone jack.

Sometimes, there will be an error that prevents the audio from playing. Restart the tablet and then try playing again.

Make sure that the headphone jack is clear of debris. Lint and dust are often found in these areas. If the output of the audio is still distorted then you should consider replacing the headphone jack.

The tablet screen is unresponsive and unable to tap, click, or swipe on any icon.

Grease and dirt can accumulate on the tablet sensors making them unresponsive. Use a microfiber cloth that most likely came with the tablet. Without using too much pressure, try to clean as much of the debris and smudges off the screen. Once the tablet is completely clean, reboot the tablet. If this does not solve the problem, then consider replacing the screen.

The tablet has power, but no visual display or is not able to press or swipe on any icon. Since the tablet is all screen sensors, applying too much pressure on the screen can result in breaking one of the sensors, making the tablet screen unresponsive. In this case, consider replacing the screen.

Tablet will not turn on or off when pressing the power button.

If the tablet is out of battery, try charging the tablet. If this does not solve the problem, then replace the battery.

If the power button will not come back up after pressing, check to see if debris is causing the problem. If removing debris does not solve the problem, then replace the power button. If the power button is missing, then replace it.
