Check to see if the indicator light on the Charger is lit when plugged into the wall. This may be an operating system error. Try to power down and restart your computer. Press the power button until your computer shuts down completely. Make sure the air vent is not filled with dust or other debris. If uncertain, you can use compressed air to clean out the air vent. Spray air into the vent to remove dust, dirt, or other obstructive material.
