What you need

              Battery               
  • Push the left tab with your left hand.
  • Then push the right tab with your right hand.
  • While your right hand is still pushing, remove the battery with your left hand.

              RAM               
  • Remove one JIS #000 screw.
  • This screw does not come out all the way, but you will still be able to open the back panel.

Step 3

  • Use the plastic opening tool to pry the panel open. Be sure to do this on all four sides. Then the panel will lift off.

Step 4

  • Take the nylon spudger, and push the prongs so that it releases the RAM.

  • Once the RAM has lifted, use tweezers or fingers to pull it out.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
