Introduction
The RAM is a vital piece of hardware that is used to load programs and data.
Before using this guide, make sure to review the troubleshooting page to ensure the RAM will need to be replaced.
Make sure to power off your laptop completely and disconnect from any external power source prior to beginning the process.
What you need
Step 1

- Use the Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the ten 1 mm screws on the back panel.

- Use the plastic opening tool to separate the back panel from the rest of the computer.
- Be careful and do not to crack the panel.

- Remove the grey film covering the RAM located on the left side of the computer.

- Apply pressure on the inside of both brackets until the RAM chips are released.
- Repeat this step for RAM Slot B.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
