I’m having difficulty unplugging the 10 pin connector. Afraid if I pull too hard it will pull the wires out. Any suggestions?

Just wiggle it back-and-forth a bit and it should come out. I just change my own battery.

I did all of that but my laptop didn’t reboot, any suggestions
I had no problem installing the new battery, but even after letting it charge over 24 hours. Not able to get it to turn on
