No matter what you do, you can’t get the device to save the displayed image.

Push the save/wake button before writing on the device.

Check to see if the Save/wake button is flashing yellow or red. If it is, the Boogie Board’s internal memory is full

Unplug the device if it is still connected.

Check the switch on the left side of the device to ensure it is unlocked.

You cannot transfer files from the tablet to the computer.

Your internal antenna may not be connecting properly with your stylus.

Check that the device is properly plugged into your computer with a USB mass storage device cable.

Check the publishers website for the most up-to-date version of the software.

Ensure you have the correct software for your Macintosh or Windows operating system.

No matter what, you cannot get the device to turn on.

Leave the device plugged into a power source for a minimum of two hours to ensure a significant charge for the battery.

Check the switch on the left side of the device is set to unlock.

Using a pin or other small object, push the reset button on the back of the device.

The images on the screen will not go away after you press the erase button.

You have no way to draw or write on the screen

You may use any non-abrasive item to write on the screen, such as a pen cap or a fingernail. However, you will not be able to save your images because the stylus contains a device that is tracked by the antenna in the Boogie Board.

Ensure you are not using the device near magnets, as this can cause interference with the device’s screen.
