Faulty Charger

Making sure that the device is powered on tap the screen using your figure or a pen to ensure that the screen didn’t time out. If the screen still doesn’t display anything try turning the device off and back on to see if anything pops up on the screen. You have trouble hearing sounds on your device.

Blown Speaker

When listening for sounds to come from your device and you only have static, or you don’t hear anything at all, this maybe do to a blown speaker and needs to be replaced.

Your Palm Zire 21 does not load the operating system, or any information you save to the device can never be recovered when searching for it.

Loose Wire

If you notice that your device won’t boot properly, or not at all, you may have a loose wire and need to disassemble the device and check for any loose wire(s) that should be connected to the devices motherboard.

Faulty Motherboard

If you notice anytime you save any information to your device and its never there when you try to pull it up, then this is a sign of your device losing memory. Check to see if any wires are loose that should be connected the motherboard, then power your device on then back on.
