Battery Pack
- Turn the phone over with the back facing upwards.

- Press your thumb down on the top of the cover and push downwards.

- Once the back has been removed, the battery will be connected by 2 wires.
- Do not pull on the red and black wires.
- Pull the small, grey connector to disconnect the battery pack.

- Take the replacement battery and push the grey connector back into the phone.
