If your tablet’s screen is having issues, read further into this section. The screen may not be cracked, blurred, or unresponsive, and it will most likely need replacing.

If your screen is unresponsive , then the digitizer- the component that responds to touch -may be defective. This requires the digitizer to be replaced. Unfortunately, it is incredibly difficult to remove a digitizer from its Liquid Crystal Display(LCD) assembly. For this reason, we advise that you replace the whole LCD assembly. Read our guide [invalid guide link] to follow the steps.

If the front screen of your tablet is cracked, you have to replace the screen . As already mentioned, it is extremely difficult to remove only one component from a LCD assembly. Hence, the whole LCD assembly has to be replaced. Read our guide [invalid guide link]to follow the steps.

Audio issues are common in tablets and occur when there is an issue hearing the sound that your tablet is supposed to be making.

When the sound is not being able to be heard, check the speaker within the tablet, while it most likely is broken and has to be replaced. Before going into the tablet and checking the speakers, check your tablet’s settings to check the microphone/sound and see if its volume is down and needs to be adjusted.

If your device is losing power quickly, refuses to charge, or won’t even turn on, then there is most likely an issue with the power supply system in the tablet. This system consists of the charger, battery, and any wires connecting them to the device.

When the battery does not hold a charge, try using other chargers or charger ports to see if it works. If not, check the battery. When the charging in the phone is conflicted, it usually means that the battery may be bloated. This usually happens when the phone is overheated. When this happens, the battery needs to be replaced as soon as possible!

Check to see if your charger works with other devices. If it does, then the problem lies within the device itself. If the charger doesn’t work, then it is time to buy a new one.

If the charger works with other devices, your battery may have ran out of its useful life. Check to see if the device recognizes if it is being charged, if so then a battery issue is probably the case. This means the battery will need to be replaced. See the battery replacement guide for details.

If your device is not charging when plugged in, then your charging port is likely broken. There are prongs inside that touch prongs on the charger itself. Those tongs can bend and cause a faulty connection. If unable to bend the prongs back into place, you will have to replace the port itself. See the guide for step-by-step instructions on how.

The tablet will not connect to the internet and all internet related activities have become inaccessible.
