              Unjamming a X-ACTO Mighty Mite 19501X
  • Remove the shavings container.
  • Remove the two 2mm Phillips screws inside with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

  • Flip the pencil sharpener to expose the bottom.
  • Use a pair of tweezers to remove the two round pads facing the back of the sharpener.
  • Remove the two 1.5 mm Phillips screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Step 3

  • Pull the sharpener apart, exposing the internal components.

  • Remove the four 1 mm Phillips screws beside the motor with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Step 5

  • Lift the protective case, revealing the sharpener blades.

  • Remove any debris or wood shavings from the blades with your tweezers.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
