Western Saddle Fender
- Unbuckle the fender.

- Remove the stirrup from the fender.

- Pull on the fender leather to remove the fender from the saddle.

- Remove the hobble and blevins from the new stirrup.

- Run the new stirrup leather over the bar.

- Bring the fender leather out on the underside of the saddle.

- Push the leather back under the bar over the rigging.

- Pull the stirrup leather tight.

- Put stirrup, blevins, and hobble back on the new stirrup.

- Slide the blevins over the stirrup holes.

- After the fender is fixed the saddle should be ready to ride.
