Alternatively called Cmd+K, Command+K is a keyboard shortcut that varies depending on the program used. For example, in certain programs, Command+K is used to insert a hyperlink, and in some browsers, Command+K focuses on the search bar.

In Apple’s operating system, macOS, the Command+K keyboard shortcut is used to open the Connect to Server window.
On Apple computer keyboards, the Cmd+key is labeled as “command.”

In Google Chrome, the Command+K keyboard shortcut focuses on the omnibox. It does not currently have a function in other browsers.
