Nano may refer to any of the following:
- A terminal-based text editor for Linux. nano is the GNU version of the classic text editor, pico. On Debian and Ubuntu systems, nano can be installed with the command:
sudo apt-get install nano

A scientific prefix, nano- (n) represents 0.000,000,001 (one-billionth, or 10 to the -9th power). For instance, a nanometer is one billion times shorter than one meter, and a second is a billion times longer than a nanosecond.
Nano is a shorter name for the iPod Nano.
